She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Data Analytics. A mother of two adult daughters, Erica brings compassion and patience to her work. She founded EDL Helpdesk for Seniors to help older adults feel confident and supported in today’s digital world. A resident of Margate, Florida, Joseph is married and the father of one adult son. He is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys exploring emerging technologies in his spare time.
